Proposed Point System – Year runs Sept. 1-Aug. 31

1 point = 1 hour

Approved at the May 2005 Meeting

30 points required each year for active training members

• Members must earn a minimum of 30 points/year to maintain membership
• 30 points = dues of $35.00/year
• 0 points required for social members
• 0 points required for junior members (24 pts required for hunting privileges)
• 24 additional points required for hunting privileges
• Active training members – can opt out of the program for the annual dues of $150.00
• New Members – points will be calculated per quarter (must meet minimum of 7.5 hrs/quarter)
• Members 65 years and older who have been a member of the club for a minimum of 10 years are exempt from the point requirement
• Disabled and/or special situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the board of directors

Points:

Serving as an Officer 2 points

Attending Membership Meetings 1 point

Attending a Scheduled Work Day 1 point/hr

Working a Field Trial 1 point/hr

Roving Marshal @ Field Trial 2 points/hr

Field Judging for Club 2 points/hr

Show Judging for Club 4 points

Raffle Tickets (bought or sold) 1 point per 2 tickets

Rabbits trapped and released 2 points each (verified)

Unscheduled work day 1 point per hour

Entering hound in club trial (qualifier or licensed trial) 2 points per dog

Entering hound in neighboring club trial 1 point per dog

Mowing for one year 1 point/hr

Spraying for Mile-A-Minute 1 point/hr

Mowing around clubhouse 1 point/hr

Snow Removal for entire season 1 point/hr
