Rabbit Stew - Eric Mahon

1 Rabbit cut into small pieces or ground
½ cup of flour
put in Bag shake up then put cont. into pan with canola oil and brown.
Add 1 onion cut into small pieces and brown
Add 1 can chicken broth and 1 can water
Add 1 or 2 large potatoes cut into small pieces
Add mix vegetables or cut-up vegetables
Add 1 tablespoon of oregano, parsley, Italian seasoning and Basil or other spice of your call
Add 1 bay leave sprinkle of salt, pepper
Add 2 caps full of Worcestershire
Mix together and cook 15 min. or until potatoes are done

Spedei Sauce Recipe - Eric Mahon
1 to 1 ½ lb. of 1 in. cubed meat or chicken
3 oz. Canola oil
1 oz. Vinegar or 1 oz. Red wine or 2 oz. wine vinegar
2 teas. Or 1 oz. Lemon juice
1 small clove garlic or sprinkle garlic power
Sprinkle of oregano, parsley and other spices your call Or add Italian seasoning.
Sprinkle of mint Salt, pepper
Mix together and marinate at least 12 hours.
Cook over charcoal on skewers and place on Italy bread
