PBGA Derby Championship Trial – June 14-15, 2008

Hosted by Shamokin Beagle Club

Pre-measuring:  7:30 a.m.; Closing & Drawing 8:00 a.m.

 

  • $12 Entry Fee for Qualified Hounds (placing 1st thru NBQ in field at any PBGA Derby Qualifying Trial in 2008)
  • $24.00 Entry Fee for Unqualified Hounds (pre-measuring required and testing for gun shyness)

Derby Championship Winning Hounds

Trophies for all places in Field and Show and Grand Final Winner in each class

            25% OFF Gift Certificates from Tri-Tronics (one to winner of each class)

Each field placing hounds (1st thru NBQ) will receive a Dog Lead.  Each hound announced in the winner’s pack of all classes will keep their respective collar.  1 25lb bag of Purina Dog Chow will be awarded to ALL field and show places.

Derby Consistency

            $100.00 Gift Certificate to Gander Mountain (one to each consistency winner)

            12- Bags of Purina Dog Food (to each consistency winner)

Derby Consistency Runner-Up

            6- Bags of Purina Dog Food (to each runner-up)

  • Consistency winners will be announced at the conclusion of the trial each day
  • PBGA Delegate Meeting at the conclusion of the trial on Saturday, June 14th.

Directions:  

From Harrisburg/York:
83 to 322 West, to Route 147 Exit, 147 North thru Halifax and Millersburg.  Follow 147 North from Millersburg approximately 23 miles to Hallowing Run Rd. on the right, less then 1 mile to clubhouse driveway on left.
From Williamsport:
Take 15 South to 61 towards Sunbury, to 147 South approximately 5 miles to Hallowing Run Rd on left, less then 1 mile to clubhouse driveway on left.
